Custom-made joinery
At our factory, we are specialized in creating custom made joinery products to meet the unique needs and style preferences of our clients. Our team of experienced designers craftsmen can work with a variety of materials and techniques to bring your custom joinery ideas to life. Upholstery
In addition to our custom joinery products, our joinery factory also offers upholstery services for both residential and commercial clients. Our team of skilled upholsterers can repair and restore old pieces, as well as create custom upholstered pieces from scratch. We offer a wide range of fabric and leather options, as well as a variety of styles and patterns to choose from.
Furniture manufacturing
Our joinery factory offers a furniture manufacturing service for single custom pieces as well as for large projects. Our team can work with a variety of materials to create pieces that meet your exact specifications and style preferences.
Metal & glass
Our factory also offers metal and glass services for both residential and commercial clients. We can fabricate and install custom metal and glass products such as railings, gates, fences, doors, and windows. Our team of skilled craftsmen can work with a variety of metals, including steel, aluminum, and brass, as well as different types of glass to create functional and stylish products that will meet your exact expectations.
Kitchens & wardrobes
Our joinery factory offers a full kitchens and wardrobes design and installation service. Our team of experienced designers and craftsmen will work with you to create custom solutions that meet your unique needs and style preferences. We offer a range of materials, finishes, and hardware options to choose from, and we will handle every aspect of the installation process to ensure that your new kitchen or wardrobe is perfect.
MACHINERY
At our joinery factory, we utilize state-of-the-art machinery to produce exceptional quality products. Our three major machines include the CNC Nest model from Biesse Italy, equipped with advanced 3D software for precise cutting and shaping. The Automatic Lipping Machine from Biesse ensures a flawless edge finish in accordance with the best European standard practice. And the Automatic CNC Boring Machine from SCM Italy is specifically designed for intricate boring operations.
Each of those machines are integrated into an automatic production system, allowing us to maintain strict quality control measures and properly label and track each piece throughout the production process, from cutting to assembly and packaging. This ensures that every product meets the European standards and we are able to deliver high-quality Wardrobe, Kitchen, Vanity, TV Units and other items to our valued customers.
